Standard bank inspection waiting period BAD

We have received a bond from Standard bank to build our house and the house is now complete. My husband phoned the bank to come for an inspection and they claimed that the builder did not submit the required documents but after talking to the builder he confirmed that he submitted everything they needed.<br> My husband phoned Standard bank again and told them what the builder said and they actually confirmed they received the documents and the inspector will come in 48hours which is supposed to be today (09-07-2015). So I phoned also just to confirm what time they are coming today and the lady changed the story and told me it will take 5-7 days. I'm very angry because we do not have a place to stay and currently staying at friend's place with our baby and the bank is telling us that even though the house is finished we must wait for 5-7 days. I am very disappointed with Standard bank because the Municipality inspectors came a day after the builder told them the house is finished, firstly their staff is giving us different information and now we must wait for them to take their time, how is that fair for people with no place to stay?People can also break in and ***** whatever they need.
