Standard bank INSIDE *****

In August 2021 my cell phone was ****** off my desk at work, 2 guys pretending to come and buy a welding machine from us. After they ran off I realized my phone was missing. I immediately blacklisted the phone. This all happened just before 10am and at 1pm the ********** managed to get into my (blacklisted) phone and go into the business banking app, here they managed to add a beneficiary at Capitec and stole over R120000.00 they even paid themselves immediate payment and sent themselves an sms. This was reported to the SAPS as well as both banks involved but yet we still have no answers and the banks refuse to refund us. Could someone please give us advise who can we speak to and how do ********** get passwords from blacklisted phones and passwords being in a person's head. Please Help
