Standard bank innovation group Warranty insurance

I'm very disappointed with your service standard bank innovation group, my car has a problem with clutch and i took it to VW Midrand where they did a diagnostic and assessment and confirm that the clutch needs to be replace but my warranty rejected the claim and my car won't be fix and its stated on my policy that they cover it, now i have to pay the money that i don't have while I'm paying my car warranty insurance every month this is unacceptable. ***
