Standard Bank Infringing on the rights of a minor by refusing to provide valid bank statements of a father who does not want to pay child maintenance!!!

STANDARD BANK, I am beyond disappointed with your lack of service. I have opened a case with you on October the 3rd, I continued to escalate to Hello Peter on the 20th of December and to this date, I have not received a response from STANDARD BANK with information requested(bank statements) of the respondent. You are the worst bank I have ever had to deal with.
