STANDARD BANK *********** STAFF AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Standard Bank has the worst customer service of all banks, you never get answers on queries or problems and do not try to apply for loans or homeloans they will make you wait for weeks. We app**** for a homeloan was send the documents to fill in which we did and send it back to Katlego twice we asked for progress as NO ONE bothered to reply to us on our emails, trying to phone to speak to this person is also impossible as there are no direct numbers. This is terrible service and will result in us changing our bank. If I have to copy all my complaint with incompetence in standard bank over the last year on this platform I will write 50 x reviews with ease. WHY CAN THEY NOT JUST OFFER BETTER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATE WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS?
