Standard Bank *********** STAFF

my husband passed away in January we have a bond with standard bank and we also both bank with them on the 10th of February i went to Standard bank to report that he had passed on and i submitted all the paperwork that was needed from me including the letter of executor offwich im the executor of his estate i was helped by a Viny Govender from Standard bank in Simmonds street. She said all the documents i submitted she had scanned them and sent them to the deaceased department for my bond and she has closed my late husbands accounts she also made me write a letter to ask the bank to transfer the money from his accounts to my account since I've been waiting for this money from then until now until I called the bank to find out what was happening only to be told his accounts were closed i need to go to his branch and close them all in all i have been sent from pillar to post without being properly helped at his branch in Southdale i was helped by Susan Doll Who after opening the deacesed account sent me to the front desk wherby i was helped by a Nontobeko who told me she had to write a letter to the deacesed department and she doesn't know how long it will take them to help me it be 2months im really disappointed with the service im getting from standard Bank it shows so much incompetence

Reviewer Update
Hi, today is the 24 September 2019 and the matter is still not resolved. I still get monthly posts addressing my late husbands business DEDUCTING MONTHLY BANK CHARGES. The same issue I wrote about 2 years ago is still lingering. How can such a big institution that handles individuals finances something so personal be so blatantly ***********???? Is this how you treat your clients? Do you want to eat my late husband's estate? You have no shame and no moral ground.
