Standard Bank - *********** Idiots!

So for some odd reason, for still with Standard Bank, even my business account is held with them after many nonsensical experiences with them. My loyalty has reached its though. This morning I was late and forgot my wallet, and I needed money for fuel, normally it's not an issue as I can send myself an instant money voucher, but today I am told there is a security issue with my profile and I am unable to create a voucher. I phoned the call centre who said that they have logged a call with IT and it will take 24hours to resolve.

I am u***en 183KM away from home and I need money NOW for fuel, but Standard Bank being the *********** idiots they are cannot uplift a small security issue so I can create an instant money voucher.

I am done with them. Kiss my business goodbye.
