I have been trying since Thursday last week to contact Standard Bank Forex inward payments in connection with my husbands pension fron UK. I have held on for as long as 2 hours at a time. No joy. My debit orders are all due tonight. I have been trying since 8o'clock this morning, it is now 12h59. I have sent e.mails as they kindly suggest and have received no answer. I will change banks after I have received this pension one day. This is disgusting!
