Standard Bank incompetency will frustrate you 😡
I have a credit card with Std Bank. What I hate the most is they too quick to update anything negative on ITC. But when the payment is consistent they do not update ITC. My ITC profile have not been updated for over 4 months and it's like I don't make payments. I called standard bank and even sent email. No response.
This is the Std bank we had years back, they are losing touch and following suit like all other *********** SA institutions.
