Standard Bank incompetence and rudenes

<p>Standard bank vehicle and asset finance rehabilitation ( ********** 347) keeps on harassing mostly my wife on her number regarding my car. The latest one was today the 29th May 2017 when Frans Mashaba called and rudely demanded to speak to me. They are calling her and demanding to speak to me regarding payment on my car. My car payment is due on the 28th of each month and I always make that payment on the day or a day earlier. I do eft payment from my Standard bank account and payment should be reflecting on their side if not immediately, at least the very next day. Firstly I have a huge problem with them calling me almost every single month on my wife’s number and demanding to speak to me. Second- the attitude from their side is absolutely unacceptable – sentences like “ just put him on the phone” and “ who are you, why are you answering his phone” have been used and I don’t appreciate the harassment from their side. Why they are telling me “it is the system” and when I tell them “the system is operated by people” they just keep quiet. This is absolute incompetence and very unprofessional behaviors’. I am paying large amount of money for the car and (which is way overpriced by the way) instead of harassment calls to my wife I should be getting THANK YOU calls for paying every month. This is common problem with service level in South Africa and I will be very surprised if someone actually does something about it. </p> <p> </p>
