Standard bank Incompetence
on the 14th of November my personal loan was fully paid up, however on the 30th standard bank Debited me for insurance, service fee, and interest on a 0 balance account, I want my money back as well as the R441 for the 3 debit orders that bounced on my account due! it takes you 2 seconds to take my money but 8 ****** days to investigate? YOur staff keeps putting me through to the wrong department as no one wants to take responsibility for this

04 Dec 2020, 14:14Can you please advice after your post, I had to call in again today, just to find out from your call centre that is working from home that I have to put my life in danger while being in remission for AML to go into a branch to get my money back (reversed) that standard bank stole, And I mean stole, You took money out of my account for a loan that is fully paid up, then had the nerve to only pay me back the portion that was leftover after taking Insurance, Insurance for what, Service fee, a Service fee for what, Intrest? intrest on 11 cents you owed me!!!! as well as reverse 3 debit order bounced fees, My debit orders that bounced because standard bank stole my money out of my account without my permission!!!
