Standard bank incompetence

Well there's no way of saying any of this politly. Standard Bank a joke not worth their salt.

We constantly have beg for a response. They lie to us submit incorrect docs to the master to obtain a letter of executorship which still has not been given to us. Because of Standard Banks negligence we are now liable to pay death duties which I refuse to do reason we furnished these people with all the relevant documents and still their incompetence we are liable. Again with my dad's estate That's the problem Standard bank don't communicate with us.

This is a great disappointment my Dad was loyal to this company for 60 year service and there after 24 years as a pensioner. Clearly Standard bank does as they please when they please.
