Standard Bank inaccessable

For years we have been Platinum account holders. Never has a personal banker ever bother to contact us for anything. We requested the phone no of the personal banker, but without success. Even at the branch, it is a problem. We have an issue that we want to sort out but let me tell you today, Standard bank is inaccessible. The best should be to move our banking to a bank that wants to do business
