standard bank in rosebank, worse service ever

i went to standard bank in Rosebank mall, im so disappointed, and its keeps getting worse and worse every time when im here, i was here just to collect my card i waited for an hour,after complaining than they started to pretend as if they were helping me, what even worse is that there was a white gentlemen BEHIND ME, who was also COMPLAINING about the service and they called him first, that was uncalled for, i dont know what this people do the whole day, customers where sitting in chairs for more than an hour some ended up leaving without being assisted, all the staff just kept walking around doing nothing, the tables are empty, this thing need to change honestly and the fact that they ended up calling the white person behind me that was just disrespect.
