Standard bank in potchesftroom mall

I went to Standard bank in Potchefstroom mall first week of January to put in an appointment to make will and I was told that someone will call me to make an appointment to date I haven't receive any call. Each time I go there I'm told the same thing.

They should just tell me that they don't offer that service so that I can move to another bank.
