Standard bank in Maponya mall

<p>Standard bank in Maponya mall rejected my proof of address which is printed by the municipality. A guy by the name of Duncan Ramalepe said the municipal account number doesn't appear at the bottom, meanwhile the account number and address is printed on top of the statement. He disappeared with my ID and proof of address for more than 15 minutes. They've given me a reason to leave standard bank. I went to another branch Mall of the south and received first class service. Unfortunately I've been receiving bad service from std bank and I've decided to leave them. I hated dealing with Maponya mall they are the worst of them all. </p>
