Standard bank in kuilsriver has a **** service and everyone that works there have attitude towards clients including their manager have a bad attitude she doesn't know how to speak to people. Instead of rendering a proper service as serve client on time. The focus on giving attitude, on Saturday I went I to they branch and I waited outside for 2 hour. 1 minutes after 11am it was my turn to get in and they said I won't be assisted they are closing .today again i was inside the branch waiting to be served from 11:00 am and I give up and what ****es me off these people I asked them to give me my card and I will activate it on a nearest branch and instead off giving me my card they are being rude and arrogand. I urge standard bank South Africa to open up another brand in kuilsriver. And employment people that will render a good customer service and be resilent to standard bank customers.
