Standard bank in Clear water mall is absolute ****

Standard bank in Clear water mall is absolute ****. The ATMs are forever offline for deposits, meaning you have to go into the branch to do a deposit...which you are then charged for, despite having made clear that the in branch deposit is directly related to their useless ATM system. When going into the branch I am then told that the deposit will only be processed tomorrow morning, because their systems do not work on a Sunday. My question then is, why the **** are you open on a Sunday if you can't process something as simple as a ****ing deposit. The deposit which was required for other banking needs. So if you can't even process a deposit then what can you do, which again leads me to... WHY THE **** ARE YOU EVEN OPEN?! Secondly whenever the ATMs are offline I get charged for my supposedly free deposits, and all I get from managers and staff alike is "sorry sir". Sorry doesn't give my money back or pay for the petrol every time I have to return to complete my banking. Of the 100+ branches that closed, clear water should definitely have been one of them because they are ****. After contacting head office about these fees they stated that the money would be returned to me...this was last July...a year later and still nothing. This is NOT about the money, but a simple principle thing. If you can't get the small things right how can you get the bigger things right.
