Standard Bank impossible to contact

I cannot contact Standard Bank Robertson directly without going through the call centre. I have now been holding for over 21 minutes and still cannot get hold of them.

They are the executors of my dad's estate and he passed away 2 days ago. I need to speak to them urgently regarding this and also thank them for making this very difficult time as stressful and expensive as possible.
