Standard Bank ignores security protocols
We opened a trust account for our company. A few weeks later a printed statement was hand delivered to our offices and handed to the gate guard. What happened to account security and and confidentiality? Anyone in the company could have taken that statement and opened it. But why was a printed copy hand delivered? Isn't email the default these days? If not, then why wasn't it posted to our PO Box?
