STANDARD BANK IGNORE EMAILS IF ID OR ACCOUNT NOT IN SUBJECT OF EMAIL

I am selling my current home which I have with standard bank. As per their website, I need to provide 90 days notice and notice is to be emailed to their home loans department with documentation and they would contact me. I sent a notice of sale on the 1st of February 2019 however specified that I will only put my home on the market once I find a new property and put in an offer to purchase.

I found a property, put in an offer to purchase and then email standard bank AGAIN to notify them on the 30 of April. Once again no response.

I then called into the call centre. Reference: ********** 757.

I was told my emails were not actioned because I did not include my ID or account number in the subject line of my email. HAVE YOU NOT HEARD OF POPIA!

My ID was on the body of the email and attached was a copy: 1. My ID 2. My contract 3. Notice of consent to sale

I today get an email from Gillian Magascan notifying me - If i want to sell i need to fax through a notice and will pay penalities is sold before 90 days has lapsed?????

CAN SOMEONE COMPETENT PLEASE CALL ME.
