Standard Bank ID number **** on home loan

My husband's ID number was used *****ulately for a home loan with Standard bank. The actual clients application has the same name and surname as my husbands, however the ID on the application form was different to my husbands, however my husbands ID number magically appeared on their systems.

He is completely incapable of getting finaces through another bank due to this so called "system error". We are about to miss out on a huge business opportunity as they are not even able to advise when this error can be fixed.
