standard bank i want my title deed

<p>In July 2011 my mother passed on and she had a home loan from standard bank.By late 2012 the house was paid off i recieved a call from standard bank to confirm this but yet to date i have a not recieved the title deed. I have called and went to the bank branch numerous times spending hours being sent from pillar to post and making calls wasting airtime and valuable time only for no results. there are home ****s now and I'm not settled because of fear and stress and I'm I'm New mum i really don't need this. i need standard bank to do what's right and give us what belongs to us.the house is paid off now do your bit and give us what belongs to us</p> <p> </p>
