Standard Bank I need clarity!!!!

Yoh hai man this bank, we a backed loan, then we were approved and said we will receive a call in 2 days and we did not. We had to call after 3 days and the lady who is supposed to call is is out of the office or just out. She has our details she will call. Haw a day passes by and it’s a weekend, we then have to be the one who calls again and they said they don’t work on Saturday and gave us direct contact to call on Monday, then called on Monday that’s when she helps us. After signing the contract we were not told anything or if there is a waiting period of 10 days we have to be the ones who call again. What’s going Standard Bank, how do you operate???? Should we be the ones who is always have to ask or calling?? Like really. It’s been 2 weeks now but hai man yohhhh!!!!!
