Standard Bank Hurtless Car insurers

I had an accident last year in March, I made a claim and my car was sent to two bush mechanics by my so called car insurers (Standard Bank). the car was welded without my consent even worse they hid it from me. the bumper fell when i was driving and now they are using that against me. I took them to ombudsman and i was told to get an independent expect to asses the parts (bumper and a fender) the expect confirmed that the bumper is not new. since the ombudsman could not take the case further, i was advised to take the case to court. that will take longer. now the insurer is saying they will only pay for the bumper to be fixed and not the fender because they believe i had another accident and that's the story they got from their lying panel beater friends. the proof was presented to them that i still have the old parts in my car but they refuse to get it fixed. its almost a year now, and they have raised my premiums and now say they can't fix my car properly. they know they are the reason why my car is like that and still refuse to pay. they sent a car that was less than six months old to BUSH MECHANICS twice. I am deeply hurt that at this in SA women are still taken FORGRANTED
