Standard Bank how low can you go?

Hi there Peter On the 23 April 2019 I wrote a review on credit ***** and how I had struggled since last year November to get their (Standard Bank) credit ***** department handling these issues to do something. The day following your placement of the complaint I received an e-mail from Mr. Clint C Petersen apologizing for the problems I have been having. Reference number ***. He also sent me documentation to complete and thanked me when I returned it. He then indicated that he passed on the completed documentation (SOD "their word") to their Chargebacks department (29 April 2019) and that they will keep {"me"} updated on feedback re the dispute. I added in the "me" and hope that is what the message meant. To date no one else has contacted me and therefore I'm not to sure that I understood correctly.

I am an extremely patient man, but today is the 27 September 2019. After another month and a bit it will be 1 year since the ********** transaction. I have also tried to followed your suggestion (Hallo Peter) to take time to calm down before I write again. How @#$%^&*! long do you recon Standard Bank will need? As you can see, time is not always a calming factor. :)

kind regards
