Standard Bank, How can we ***** you!!

Standard bank is the worst bank when it comes to customer service, in particular prestige banking. They are charing me R50 per statement for any statement older then 3 months. How do they charge that kind of fee for something they incur no cost?? They go into their system and email the statements to the client, it is the most expensive email EVER.<br> <br> NO WONDER I HAVE MOVED MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT AND PERSONAL ACCOUNT . Be very careful of their promises to reduce your bank charges, mine was definitely m ore, and if you add the poor service and additional charges like the above, they are certainly not a bank who one wants to deal with.
