standard bank , how can we move you backwards?

<p>On the second application I was assured that the only reason to my disapproval on the application was due to the fact that I had plans that were not yet approved and once I had approved plans I could re-apply, but when I do follow suit on the advise, I get declined meaning therefore standard bank went back on its word.</p> <p>There is no communication what so ever, if you do not call in no one will actually bother to call your or send and email regarding the progress of your application.</p> <p>The home loans consultant rarely know what is happening with one's application and hardly know what they are talking about.</p> <p>My affordability is high enough to qualify for the R210 000 as well as my credit score.</p> <p>This matter has been going on for the last two and a half months with no solution.<br /> I have been a client for a number of years now and I have a couple of products and I do not appreciate the level of service I have been granted.</p>
