Standard Bank : Hot, noisy and poor service.

Awful experience. I visited Standard Bank a few times over the past weeks. And i dont feel its fair to complain if theirnis only one instance but I do go to the bank quite often and a lot had bottled up.What i saw and experienced shocked me. The building was so hot a few times. And it sounded like a shebeen/dance club. The staff themselves were making such noises. The one lady who helped me told me it goes like this almost every day. There was one lady in particular who i heard the whole time even when she went to the back you could hear her so i Asked who she was. Her name is Sylvia Manong. And i also spoke to someone else over the telephone i could hear her voice as well as a bunch of others making such a noise i had to ask the staff memeber many times to repeat herself. I was their mostly in the mornings but once i went at 12:30 and the noise you could year coming from the back while i was sitting with my banker was awefull. ANother masive problem i had was when i got to reception to ask the nice lady infront who i had to see she had to walk up and down to go look for the people for how long and this happend more then once. I felt really really sorry for her. It's a beautifull building but you can see a lot of people dont have respect for one another. And no respect for basic courtesy service you would suspect. Far to hot, to much noise and no system in place.

I am posting my review not to be contacted by standard bank with reasons and replies i am posting this in hope thT they will start making things right.
