Standard bank hospital and maternity plan doesn’t attend to claims, they are good at collecting premiums only

I took a hospital plan with maternity cover from Standbank, when I wanted to claim on the maternity benefit I was informed that the plan is with AIG and I was transferred to them. I logged a claim and I got an email stating that Sanukapriya Rajagopal will be the examiner and she will contact me within 24 hours, that was Tuesday the 20th of November but up until today she hasn’t called. I called her office a few times but I couldn’t reach her, I was asked to leave me details so the she can get back to me which never did.
