Standard Bank Honouring Fee

I am not happy at all with standard bank. They opened a student card for me, so it doesn’t have chargers at all. But I’m having an issue with the honouring fees. I always get my bank balance as a negative because they always reorganise the transactions for the honouring fee to be created. They say we buy without having money, and remembering very well, I haven’t bought anything without money, and who does that. I need help with this issue because as I’m speaking I have R116 as a negative balance and this cost my life since it reduces my allowance and now I can’t cover all my expenses. The way they are ********* they even charged me an honouring fee twice a month.
