Standard bank honouring fee

I think i need to close my standard bank account cant deal with this honouring fee from standard bank.I need this money and you standard bank charges a customer R132 honouring fee when your stamdard bank acc is in a negative amount and i think that is ridiculous. No other bank charges this fee.
