STANDARD BANK HOMELOANS YOUR SERVICE SUCKS, IT'S OUR BIGGEST ASSET

last week I called Standard homesloans to have my rate reviewed since I have the bond for over 6 years. the Consultant said it cant be changed. I know it can be reviewed and i know the banks credit committee meets daily. A couple of year ago i asked Standard bank for a car loan, they wouldnt give me a good rate. Even though we had our bond and banking accounts with them. I had to go back to a bank that i had previously had a car loan and they gave me a better rate. I asked to speak to someone more Senior. Up till today no one from Standard homeloans has called me. I sent an email yesterday still nothing. I honestly dont see any value. I have decided to move my bond and accounts to another bank.
