Standard Bank Homeloans - what a joke. I have been asking them for months to stop the debit order on my account, an i will do an EFT monthly. That never happened. I phoned in when my salary was reduced to nothing resulting from Covid 19. I asked for a payment holiday, i called in several times. NOTHING. i can not tell you how frustrating this is. Literally NON EXISTENT SERVICE. They are quite happy to take your money, charge you interest, etc... but when it comes to helping loyal customers, they COULD NOT CARE. Very very dissapointed in Standard bank homeloans, i would think twice before i ever took a bond with them again.
