Standard Bank Homeloans non existent service

I have called Standard bank home loans four times to try an extend my bond. they always say someone will call me back but no one does. Standard bank does not have a home loans dept in their banks, where you can go in and speak to a person. You have to call their call centre and hope for the best. How do I get hold of a HUMAN who can help me???
