STANDARD BANK HOMELOANS IS MOST UNHELPFULL

I have had an access bond facility for YEARS<br> <br> Now, suddenly, the funds which were available on my access bond has disappeared<br> <br> I phone STD BANK HOMELOANS but after holding for 45 min the call was disconnected - I phoned again, after holding for 21 min I realized that I will not be helped<br> <br> I phoned the local branch who advised me that as I am not a Private Banker Client, I can not be assisted???? Oh, so I am too poor? Well, Std Bank Homeloans made me even poorer as my Access Bond Funds disappeared????<br> <br> How can your funds simply disappear and then the bank refuses / neglects to assist?????
