Standard Bank Homeloans

Since the 11th of November I have been trying to get a settlement fiqure from homeloans. On the 21st Home serve collections respinded and required doucuments which I supp****. I was under the impression that the buyer was keeping up with the payments of the bond. Sadly that was not the case. I was given an outstanding amount which was paid on the 9th of January and still no Settlement fiqure was issued. When can i expect to get the fiqure requested Thanks Manny
