Standard Bank Homeloan Insurance is *****S

I've put in a claim about a month ago. With Standard Bank Home loans Insurance. They told me there was a co-payment of R750 and R500 or 10% of the claim and then after a few calls Charles told me for ligtning there is an extra R500 co payment. Guess what I did not even consider the 10% because how much can 2 gate motors an a water pump cost...umh according to me about R14000...no the claim is R30 000 and the co payment is R3000 +....just because money grows on trees ne Standard Bank?? Thats what the do. They milk us for our money!!! MONTLY AND WITH CLAIMS AS LONG AS WE PAY UP. So Palesa Maduna thank you for handling my claim like just a real Standard bank consultant...with no solution uo until now. And please Standard bank train your consultants to speak out of one mouth and to know the rules better. And you Standard bank can be less *****...Sies
