Standard Bank Home loans stink
Standard bank home loans stopped taking money from my account by stop order. They expected me to start the process again to redo a stop order, this entails besides all the documents they need to get a stamped statement from the bank. I do not have time for their *******, they were not prepared do the stop order without the statement. I asked them to email me a statement every month so I can be reminded of the payment the said they would but they do not. They do not ever send me anything either by mail or email. I have no other accounts with Standard Bank so I have no idea what is happens on my account. The amazing thing is that they can email me a few days after payday to remind me that I have not paid.
