Standard bank home loans slow & sloppy
The sale of my house is being delayed by Standard Bank. They managed to copy my ERF address incorrectly. They have been so slow to correct it. Even their own escalation process is slow. I'm just continuing to pay interest on my bond while they drag their feet. It's so unfortunate that we pay for others mistakes. My financial plans are also being delayed.
