Consistent errors on our bond application; One is corrected and a new one created!

first it was 2 x bond numbers, then it was the incorrect amounts, then duplicate insurance, then additional amounts not requested for was added to quote. then monies debited before quotation was accepted on 2 months.

Application has taken 3 months and no progress and we have not made any changes during this process to even allow for an excuse for a delay.

Please can you escalate to a manager or someone who is competent within the home-loans division to resolve this issue.

This is totally unacceptable. Standard bank Home Loans is wasting my time as well as the attorneys and causing a huge inconvenience.

Poor service, *********** department! This is a joke!
