Standard Bank Home Loans Horror

I had a home loan which is in behind with payments & I have been trying to fix that considering the job am doing as I earn on commission.

Last month I called asking them to debt me R5500 monthly instead of the normal R4000 which is the normal monthly installment. This morning on the 14/09/2020 I called them after realizing I won't afford the previous arrangement so I asked that they debt the normal installment then as soon as things are looking better I can make an arrangement again.

The consultant told me she can not assist which didn't make sense so I requested to speak to her manager Eunice Hanyane who listened to my request & she said she can assist and asked if am aware of other alternative routes we may take & I said yes but I'm not interested on taking them considering my job. She then said she can't action my requested.

I would like to warn everyone who wants to take a home loan with Standard bank that it might happen to them too. I thought we will be treated fair & assisted when in need of assistance. Anyone taking a home loan don't take it with Standard Bank their service is horrific.
