standard bank home loans **********

Standard bank has been charging me R718.53 for which they say it is an insurance on the property. I have asked for more information regarding this and not getting the answers. I phoned the customer care line and was transferred to a sales department. I opted for self-help option to find out the latest information on my bond. Self help option bot mentioned my instalment is R5984.66. I have been paying this R718.53 for more than 24 months. so when they deducted my instalment this month, they took R5984.66 without any explanation. It is like they decided to correct the amount however, if I have been paying extra, my account should state so. It should reduce to loan period. so i asked for a fare statement and even now I am still waiting.
