STANDARD BANK HOME LOANS
Hi Hello Peter In 2007 I took a loan at Standard Bank home loans for rhe amount if R280 000 bought a vacant Land and built my house with my own funds. I've been paying for more than 15 years paid Standard Bank home loans insurance and have arreas of due to lock down Covid, now Standard Bank is attempting to Auction my property which I live in with minor kids and I have requested them them to give me a statement and have sat down and calculated what I've paid Standard Bank to date comes to R667 583 . 24 of The R280 000 but Standard Bank still says I owe tye R400 000,00 I need them to tell me How much in total they should be paid of the 280 000.00 before they want to Auction my property.

22 Jul 2024, 16:40Furthermore their attorneys Hannes Gouws Attorneys are *********** with Feedback since May they refusing all solutions to this matter each time We contact them they tell us they awaiting standard Bank ,I've realized they don't have interest @ heart all they want is to throw us to the Street when ,I've paid so much in 15 years the 20 tlyear term signed with the Bank is not reached yet and R600 000.00 thousand as per my statements from them has been paid how many times should the R280 000 with interest be paid

24 Jul 2024, 14:3024 hours has gone No one from Standard Bank Homeloans has Botherd to contact me and Acknowledge my complaint, I called them personally yesterday and spoke to one of their staff members,I went to a branch today and was told they don't have staff forHomeloans I need to speak on the. Fone and Yet Standard Bank handed my account to their Useless Hannes Gows attorneys who need to be chased for answers.
