I called into the Home Loans department earlier today and had the pleasure of speaking with Zunaid Taylor. He took the time and effort to explain the process of early settlement with me after he had inquired and realized that I was completely confused about how it all worked and had actually been actioning steps incorrectly. If it were not for him, I would have likely been liable to pay penalties on account of being fed the incorrect information by other consultants. He also stayed on the line with me until I could confirm that I had indeed received all the relevant information from him.
