Standard Bank Home Loans Department SLOW!!

I have sold my house to a lady that obtained finance from Standard Bank Home Loans. On signing her Bond papers she noticed that the value of the insurance which Standard Bank offers was much lower than the value of the House. Now she requested Standard Bank Home Loans to make the changes and this has taken over a month already with no documents received. The transfer attorneys are ready to lodge the transfer but Standard Bank and their nominated bond registration attorneys are really delaying this process. The buyer has called Standard Bank daily with no assistance from whoever she speaks to. Can someone senior please assist with this matter urgently.
