Standard Bank Home loans department lost it!!!

Hi, I have paid extra into my home loan, but because Standard Bank cancelled my Access Bond, I have to apply to get these funds being paid back to me. Standard Bank keep on asking me to complete an approval form which should be signed by a body corporate, which in my case doesn't exist, because we are staying in a duet, and is exactly what it says, duet = 2 dwellings, no need to form a body corporate, no need to approve. This duet is also full title, my neighbour have nothing to do with my private business.<br> <br> Please, someone with higher qualifications in Standard Bank, assist me through the application process.
