Standard bank Home loans department

I am disgusted at the service I am getting from the home loans department at standard bank. I app**** for a substitution in September 2015 and was accepted Its the end of Feb and its still in the process, *** man. And on top of that I need to call the bank myself to get feedback was cut of 3 times with no one calling back what kind of a service is this. Ive spoken to team leaders making promises but to no avail and to think i brought all my banking business to this bank not a wise choice. so i hope to get feedback now that I put you here.
