Standard Bank Home Loans Complaint

I logged our bond cancellation on 15-Dec-2015. The transferring attorneys sent all required info, on 27-Jan-2016, to inform Standard Bank that there is a buyer and that Standard Bank needs to assign <br> bond cancellation attorneys. <br> Up to now no attorneys has been assigned after several phone calls and emails. This is extremely frustrating and contact will be made with the Ombudsman.
