Standard bank Home loans changed my signed offer to purchase

I had home loan with Standard bank. There came a time where I was poisoned and couldn't work and fell 6 months behind on my payments. They said they were putting my house up for sale but then I got an offer from someone on the house. The couple came with an estate agent and signed the offer on my bed side. The loan amount was R234000-00 and the signed offer was R290000-00. I asked for copies and the estate agent became evasive. I then called them and told them that I am getting someone to sign another offer which was for R25600-00 which I was happy to accept as it would have settled Standard bank loan

Standard bank said I can't sign or take another offer as they had approved the first offer and I will be in breach of contract. A few days later people came with the same estate agent to remove us from the house. We Didi not have anything from Standard bank. We moved out to our other property as we had a duplex in the same area. We s to started getting letters of demand which I disputed, but ended up paying a law firm Stupel Burmrn) every month for a number of years. I then decided to send my query to the ombudsman and stopped paying even though they kept on demanding payment.

On following up on the matter, I discovered that Standard bank had financed the same people that signed the R290000-00 offer with me, but claimed that the property was actioned for only R189000-00. I demand the copies of the original offer for R290000-00 and a bank employee sent them to me. This when I noticed that there was an irregular transaçtion at the bank. Ibecame a victim of ********* practice by the bank. Now MBD attorneys are harassing me offering me discounted settements which I am not willing to take as I feel that Standard bank should be paying me the difference between my offer and what I owed them
